Volunteer!

This summer, Grosse Point Lighthouse National Landmark in Evanston is looking for volunteer interpreters to join our "Light Brigade" and work a few hours on Saturday or Sunday afternoons from 1:30 - 5 p.m. June through September. Volunteers will greet tour visitors, process admittance fees, answer questions about exhibits, show a short video, and lead visitors up to the top of the lighthouse tower for stunning Lake Michigan views. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or over and be physically fit enough to climb 141-stairs.
