Lighthouse Park District Board Meetings and Schedule

The Board of Commissioners of the Lighthouse Park District conduct regularly-scheduled meetings on the third Monday of each month with the exception of December when the meeting is scheduled the first Monday of the Month. There are no meetings held during the months of February, August and November unless otherwise posted. Please phone 847-328-6961 for further information. The boundaries of the District run from Noyes Street on the south to Isabella Street on the north and from the lakefront west to the North Shore Channel.

Restoration & Preservation Projects

The Lighthouse Park District of Evanston sponsors on-going restoration, maintenance, and exhibit design projects to preserve and interpret Grosse Point Lighthouse. This work may interrupt regular seasonal tour scheduling. Please phone 847-328-6961 for the latest voicemail updates.

National Lighthouse Day

We will be recognizing both National Lighthouse Day on Sunday, August 4, 2024 with reduced admission to 10.00 (from 15.00) Adults and 5.00 (from 8.00) for kids under age 12. Also, free lighthouse passport stamps. Please phone 847-328-6961 for up-to-date information.
